With an earlier career in technology management at Diageo and BP, followed by management consultancy at EY, I have worked in executive search in the City of London since Big Bang, when I hired technologists to build and manage the trading platforms for the banks and exchanges.
I have built an in-depth knowledge of the UK financial services and professional services sectors, with enduring relationships with clients and contacts across these sectors. My track record of executive search assignments for key appointments in business and technical leadership covers all major business management functions, some front office roles and consultancy.
Through Kirkpatrick Consulting Limited, working with associate researchers, I undertake recruitment consultancy assignments and deliver executive search for clients operating in legal services, consultancy, banking and financial services and coach career executives in career and performance management.
